When customer database records need to be integrated with the telephone system Go Connect CRM is the solution. A selection of common business CRM applications (MS Outlook, Act! By Sage, MS-Dynamics etc..) are easily configured for quick dialling, referencing, previewing and popping.

Up to 4 contact databases can be integrated simultaneously per user which means you can easily combine personal and public Outlook contacts with business CRM contact lists at the same time for maximum efficiency and response.

  • Go Connect also includes a number of other useful simple features such as:
    • Google directory to dynamically provide caller information for new contacts who aren’t already in your database
    • Telephony presence with integration to Outlook Calendar
    • Instant Messaging
    • Extensive personal and colleague call history
    • Synchronised shared address book

    • Lync 2013 users can make a call on their Panasonic handset directly from their Lync client
