Returns Policy

At Trust we try and keep things as simple as possible as well as offering an unbeatable level of service.

We will extend the manufacturers warranty to all customers as long as the warranty has not been invalidated.

If you have faulty items to return you must first telephone us for a returns authorisation number. Then just simply return the goods to us with the RA number visible on the outer packaging for cross reference.

Please enclose documentation stating the invoice number that the goods were purchased on & outlining the fault(s) on the product(s) along with a return address for the repaired / replaced product(s).

Please ensure that goods are packed in an outer carton so as not to damage the products packaging.

Any items returned with damaged packaging may incur a surcharge for repackaging if we have that option, if not the repaired/replaced goods may be returned in the packaging that the original was received in.
